SeaTide Analytics was created to help small businesses make better use of the information they already have. What started as a passion for data analytics and process improvement grew into a simple idea: businesses should not need complicated systems or expensive solutions to understand their data. 

SeaTide Analytics was founded by U.S. Army veteran Steve Bovee after a 20-year military career that included extensive experience in human resources, operations, reporting, and process improvement. After retiring from the Army, Steve continued working with data, workforce programs, reporting, and business processes in the private sector. 

With a master's degree in Business Analytics and hands-on experience using Excel, Power BI, and other business systems, Steve combines analytical thinking with practical problem solving. The focus is not simply creating reports or dashboards. It is understanding what the data is saying and turning it into information a business owner can actually use. 

A Practical Approach to Data

Good analytics does not have to be complicated. SeaTide Analytics focuses on understanding the problem first, then finding the simplest solution that provides useful information and makes the process easier to manage.

Whether that means cleaning up an existing spreadsheet, improving a recurring report, or creating a dashboard, the goal is the same: clearer data, better insights, and smarter decisions.
